Óscar Isla, a volunteer at the Porque Viven Foundation, is once again collaborating with us to give greater visibility to our projects and obtain economic funding to make it more sustainable.
He has already done so previously participating in sporting events such as the "101 Km of the Legion of Ronda-Malaga" making the route in 17 hours and 16 minutes and also participating in the Ultraman of Canada, 520 kilometers that must be covered by swimming, running and cycling.
Now Óscar has been selected to participate in the ultraking that will be held on October 5 and 6 in Puebla de Alcocer (Badajoz). Participation has been limited to 20 participants of various nationalities. Each of them will be in favor of an entity and the winner will donate the money from their registration to it. Óscar will do so in favor of the Porque Viven Foundation.
The test consists of the following:
10 km swim
421 km by bike
84.4 km of a double marathon
Participants will have 36 hours to complete the 515 km route. Under the non-stop modality.
During the three tests Óscar will be able to count on a support car and a supporter who will accompany him running by his side, riding a bicycle with him and following him from a kayak during the swimming test. In addition, Óscar offers the opportunity for those who want to sign up for the adventure to do so in any of the parts of the route or accompanying their group in the support car. There is also the possibility of all those who want to support the initiative with their donations in favor of the Foundation and its assistance work.
