At the closing of the IV PEDPAL Congress (Spanish Society of Paediatric Palliative Care) was presented on " Madrid Manifesto for PAEDIATRIC PALLIATIVE CARE ", in which children, adolescents and young people, their families and the professionals who care for them expose their needs and demand that the provision of paediatric palliative care be fulfilled as a recognised right. Home care, specific equipment and a national law on paediatric palliative care that commits and obliges administrations to include this provision in their portfolio of services.
