The race was held in tribute to all those children who fight against this disease, with a special memory of Alejandro Ortiz.

María del Mar Campos and Joaquín Ortiz, Álex's parents, are the ones who have moved the most for this career to go ahead.  We want to thank you for your support and dedication. We also extend our thanks to the Obra Social la Caixa, as well as to the City Council of Cantillana and its mayor Angelines García, the Councilor for Sports Alonso Javier Mesa and the President of the Athletics Club Israel Morales as well as the rest of the companies and entities that have contributed their grain of sand so that this project goes ahead. in total there have been 110.

From the Foundation we would also like to thank Dr. Eduardo Quiroga, pediatric oncologist at the Virgen del Rocío Hospital in Seville, for his support.

The money raised will be used to fight against childhood cancer through two entities: the Spanish Association for Cancer Treatment Patients and the Porque Viven Foundation.
